Title: MUSCLE CAMP THIS YEAR!!!! IS IT ON?

Is there going to be a Shawn Ray Muscle Camp this year?

I REALLY would like to go.  It is a dream to bench 135 with the Pros and to get their secrets.  I would love to know how they punch their numbers in such a sequential fashion on the microwave.  I`ll bring the oatmeal!


So when is the Muscle Camps?   And do we actually camp out somewhere?  In a tent with other bodybuilders, a campfire perhaps?

Can Someone show me how to put on posing trunks too?  IS that aspect covered? I really would love to go!  Info please!!!

I`d love to also go to the Ronnie Coleman`s Muscle Camps if anyone has any info on that!  Does Bubba really read the bible before Front Squats?

If I'm not mistaken, you learned to put posing trunks on while getting ready for your dissapointing loss in the Mr.Getbig contest.

Adonis has a 4.8 million dollar pop up tent that he will be bringing.  His has 8 bedrooms with 6 full baths, a full size pool and a hot tub.  He has a video of it that he will be posting shortly.
