are any of you guys sweating a lot more during workouts drinking this thing? i usually sweat a lot but i've been sweating twice as much drinking this thing, my t shirt was drenched when i got done today.

not really, no need for extra "electrolytes" during a weightlifting workout, it's not an endurance activity so the potassium, sodium, etc. from your pre workout meal are sufficient and as far as the "extra BCAA's there are more than enough in Universal's EAA product, maybe on the Glutamine though but i think it's overrated.
