he did that workout in cost of redemption..but not exactly for those rep ranges....ronnies does alot of 10-12 rep sets true... but he goes lower sometimes too.
no magic, just keep things simple.

That seems rather mild for someone of his ilk. In a recent issue of Musclemag, they outlined one of his routines in which he did something like 20 sets for chest.
