I loooooove to train, so I am in the gym as much as I can be.
Right now, though, I am enjoying a bit of down time, so my training days are scattered and end up being whatever I feel like hitting when I go to the gym.
I'm gonna change up my routine for the off-season this year, but this is what I did for most of the last year:
Day 1 - chest or back
Day 2 - back or chest
Day 3 - legs - quads and glutes
Day 4 - arms
Day 5 - shoulders
Day 6 - legs - hams and calves
Abs are added usually every other day or so.
The day off always varies, as it depends on work schedules, meetings, etc. We inevitably miss a day during the week. If we miss two days during the week, I would combine the two leg days into one day, or skip arms.
Changing it up this year, though...not sure how it will look yet.
My legs are sore too! :'(

Cham, what do you mean by "conditioning days"? A longer cardio session?

Hi Lori!
Yes, just cardio. Treadmill, track-work, walking at the beach. I'm trying to train a little bit harder these days. You girls are inspiring me. ;D

Walking on the beach sounds very inspirational right about now. 8)
