he claims it is his 'quantities' that make it 'more anababolic' than other ratios.
oh and i forgot to mention, it has a shit load of pure snake oil in there for good measure...too guarantee results.

the best way to describe it would be: it is a protein powder with a few extra grams of aminos (which u can add urself for dirt cheap), some sugar, and some creatine.
for example - the best way to do it would be make it yourself:
whey isolate with bcaa's (all of them have this), add another spoon of bcaa's on top of the ones in ur powder, add some vitargo, and add some creatine monohydrate.
AND GUESS WHAT....U JUST SAVED YOUR ASS A MILLION BUCKS.
however, i do recomend u get SNAKE OIL instead....it has SPECIAL advantages ;D

All these powders are a fucking joke, they make you believe its god for ya so they can sell. Fish, meat and patatoes are far better than this crap. I do use a whey powder, just for breakfast cause i dont have a appetite in the morning. Proteinpowders are a scam, they want us to believe its natural ingredient, but they put all sort of syntetical crap in it, its all about the money. wise up kid, only thing thats good is creatine, but even that you can consume from eating meat.

'' eat this product and you will gain 80 pounds of pure muscle mass, hahaha. fuckers. wise up kid, eat solid food. and let me tell you something else, adonis was right about the protein myth, they want you to believe you need at least 250 grams of protein a day,as a natural. so they can up the sales. this whole business is a joke, and suckas get played.

240 is back, it is obviously the training methods and also the illegal supplements combined that give the pro's the most growth.
remember any legal supplement is a joke in regards to results when compared to gear. that is just nature.
if any legal supplement could give 'drug like' results it would be banned immediately (just look at ephedrine).
obviously they train hard and also get results from their 'extra supplements'.
however, do buy snake oil, i hear ronnie coleman secretly takes it.
