Another month of waiting for trial date
July 27th, 2007
Still awaiting the outcome of the Supreme Court Appeal, the Trial Setting has been pushed back to August 30, 2007 at 8:30 AM.

What the hell is the supreme court waiting for? Give her the lawyer she wants. Like they have sooooo much to do here in NV, these justices are just sittin on thier asses.

I agree Chainsaw!!!!!!!!!! This crap is taking too long. That's right let her get a lawyer and start. The judge just wants to get paid by delaying this.

Yes, Craig was a 'bad boy' but he knew how to charm women. I guess Kelly was just seduced by that charm!
Kelly chose Craig. She could have easily distanced herself from his early advances. She enjoyed the attention and eventually found the lure of meth and the seediness of 'all things Titus' just too much to ignore!

I agree. Drugs will make people do things they never would have considered doing. There wasn't much of the old Kelly Ryan left when she was picked up getting her pedicure. Very sad.

Nothing has emerged yet about the August 30 trial date, but I hope it is still on. I am tracking the Las Vegas media & as soon as I see something will post it. If someone else sees it first, please post it.

Titus & Ryan Trial Setting Postponed Until October
August 31st, 2007
The next trial setting is scheduled for October 18, 2007 at 8:30 am. Judge Jackie Glass is awaiting ruling from the Supreme Court regarding Kelly’s lawyer (Denue’s) motion to withdraw as counsel. Once the Supreme Court rules, the next step is to set a trial date. Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan continue to sit in a Las Vegas jail.
