alright guys i have about 6 months to get to where i want to be. i took 2 months off of working out and started looking like shit so im wondering should i
a) cut down to about 8% bodyfat then start bulking while eating clean or
b) bulk up for 3 months and cut down the last 3?

I have a hard time put on mass, It makes me cry when I see a big guy thats kind of fat, SACRIFICE good beef loosing fat too fast.
Use your size to get as strong as you can at that weight, slowly cleaning up the diet is my idea.
esp for a natural trainer. Anticatabolic actions of the more "anabolic" drugs are the only reason juicers
can cut fat and hold muscle. Dont give away too much hard earned muscle.
