i actually think milos will help him with his legs, seeing as his biggest issue is training them too heavy.
i predict that legs will be joj's biggest improvement and it will be thanks to milos. ;)

the fact that joj is an awesome competitor is beyond dispute, but when i think coleman physique, joj kind of melts away.
i wish him all the luck in the world. the more competition the better. it's about time some of these also-rans stepped up.

Pump due to increased blood flow to the muscle happens ANYWAY...
NO products WILL increase the blood flow...but...WHAT IS THE POINT OF BRINGING MORE OF THE EMPTY BLOOD to the muscle?
What are you really going to accomplish having somewhat better pump - IF you don't use that pump (or increased blood flow to the muscle /HYPEREMIA ADVANTAGE) to your maximal benefits.
My products are designed to bring WHAT muscle needs the most at the times when matter the most...and IMO that just happens to be - WORKOUT TIME (contrary to everyone else).

A friend of mine is convinced that Johnnie would beat Ronnie in an official powerlifting meet. He is credible as he is a two time Ontario's strongest man and trained by Jouko Ahola. I still think Ronnie would beat Johnnie though. Discuss.
I think your friend is wrong. I think JJ would have him on the deadlift, but I think Ronnie would make up the difference in the bench and squat. I have seen video of Ronnie repping with close to JJ's shirted max bench. No way to tell for sure unless it were to happen.

I didnt say 8%. Dont invent it loser. I have abs and quads separation now but my bodyfat is more than 10% still.

I also think my friend is one. I believe Johnnie's PL max was around 2,217 at the 2002 Arnold and I would say Ronnie has 2,317 in him. Maybe not quite that much today, but at his best ever.

it's the insane pump via a milos prescription of well timed insulin, gh, anabolics, well timed carbs and giant sets (yeah i know - 'einstein', but it really is a combination of all these things at the right timing).
we've seen this before with luke and co.

milos seems to think that if you don't consume food during a workout or immediately before that there will be no nutrients in your blood. ;D apparently guys like ronnie coleman and dorian yates have been doing it wrong all these years. ::)
i guess i could have just skipped human biology entirely because that's a new one to me too.
i wonder if milos ever read about the digestive system and how long the assimilation process takes or that this must actually take place BEFORE nutrients enter the blood stream, with all those books he apparently reads?
what milos is referring to is simply blood sugar levels, which obviously must be kept high pre, during and post insulin injections.

Seriously speaking, I'd like to see some backup for this cause this is just pure BS, Milos. Your body supplies blood to every organ and tissue all the time, to clear waste products as well as supplying needed nutrients. Your saying that blood will be saturated with nutrients during training is nothing more than an assertion.
There are plenty of other instances. To give you an example, if you injure some part of your body like say a muscle, the tissue becomes inflamed which happens so the blood flow to the area is increased. In such a case too, the blood will be 'saturated' with nutrients.
Besides I don't see what the big deal is in starving a muscle at least during training, so you 'stress' your body that way for that long a time. It's like taking a supplement to suppress Cortisol secretion - it does more bad than good overall.

amino acids are basically pre-digested protein.
a healthy human body will do a far better job of digesting protein and assimilating aminos acids than any laboratory could possibly do and, yes, the body still has to digest those amino acids. they are not going 'straight to the muscles'. that statement right there shows that milos is either very stupid or he is lying his ass off.

if you consume half the protein that the typical bber does you have more than enough amino acids in your blood. your body won't put more in the blood just because you want it to. put more than it requires in and, no matter how expensive the product, all you're doing is contributing to the most expensive sewer material in the world.
maintaining high blood sugar levels and timing of carbs (simple and complex) is important if you are injecting insulin. if you aren't, sugar and japanese amino acids are not going to do much at all.
insulin is anabolic, yes, probably more anabolic than anything on paper, but it also makes you fat. bbers have learnt how to bypass most of the negative effects with timing and other drugs which has resulted in supplement companies coming up with the brilliant idea of manipulating a natural insulin release with high gi carbs and thus have added sugar to everything from creatine to stimulants. ::)
they are insulting your intelligence though, because manipulating insulin spikes without an extremely anabolic environment will just make you fat and no, you will not be extremely anabolic while you are training. that is just plain stupid. the body is in damage control while you are training. post training is when it does it's repair work.

what, pray tell, is the huge hurry to assimilate amino acids btw?
if you consume half the protein that the typical bber does you have more than enough amino acids in your blood. your body won't put more in the blood just because you want it to. put more than it requires in and, no matter how expensive the product, all you're doing is contributing to the most expensive sewer material in the world.
maintaining high blood sugar levels and timing of carbs (simple and complex) is important if you are injecting insulin. if you aren't, sugar and japanese amino acids are not going to do much at all.
insulin is anabolic, yes, probably more anabolic than anything on paper, but it also makes you fat. bbers have learnt how to bypass most of the negative effects with timing and other drugs which has resulted in supplement companies coming up with the brilliant idea of manipulating a natural insulin release with high gi carbs and thus have added sugar to everything from creatine to stimulants. ::)

Exactly! Unlike Testosterone, Insulin isn't anobolic per se literally or at least in the same way. Insulin's just a carrier protein that shuttles the food that gets broken down into it's constituent nutrients in the gut. And all Insulin does is transport the nutrients to first the liver and then to a much lesser extent, muscles. Post workout, no matter what a workout you had, all the nutrients go to the liver first and foremost.
What's even worse lol is all these Cortisol blockers that are currently promoted cause they help reduce Cortisol secretion. Cortisol secretion is an essential (and counterbalancing) part of the overall (anabolic) process - kinda like 1 step back, 2 steps forward. Blocking cortisol is actually counter productive in this case cause this Cortisol is induced due to healthy training and not stress induced, which is bad.
The funniest thing is it's turned a lot of bodybuilders into total fags lol - eating every 3 hours by the clock and carrying enough water for a small shower in a 4 gallon jug etc, just so they won't go catabolic and lose tens of pounds of precious muscle in a few minutes of 'starvation' ::)
