Title: lift in silence
Post by: Bluto on August 18, 2007, 03:50:44 PM: last 20 minutes or so the gym was empty today and i was alone and it was complete silence, like a church!

it was beautiful!

must have been hard for you to "train" without all those dudes there that you love to drool at, how did you handle it?
