FROM MD:
Should Tom Platz Be the IFBB Athletes Rep?
I think it might be something to consider. He's no longer competing; therefore, he has no personal agenda. He's a smart guy with a advanced education. He's an eloquent speaker and he's very diplomatic. And best of all, he's got the athlete's best interests at heart. Why? Because he was an athlete himself....and he was from a time period when there were no contracts. Plus, all IFBB athlete reps should be bodybuilders that are retired and have no vested interest, competitively, in any decision-making. And, the athlete rep should be paid from some of the dues money that is collected from the athletes each year when they are made to purchase their "Pro Card". Let's DISCUSS!"
