Both but for some reason when you wake up after brushing before bed your mouth still tastes like poop

Both morning and evening.

after breakfast etc right before i leave the house in the morning.
sometimes after i have drank coke of had lots of sweets
always always right before bed. generally after i use an antispetic mouthwash
ps. if u f=drink coke wait half an hour before u clean ur teeth. its cos if u clean immediately after coke u are rubbing the sugar into teh teeth which damages enamal on ur teetc

are you serious ??? 3 to 4 times a day for me.

I brush, gargle with mouthwash and tongue scrape first thing in the morning. I floss after every meal. Before bed I tongue scrape and gargle with mouthwash. At that time I'm too sleepy to be operating a toothbrush. No cavities for 3 years now. 8)

I don't think I could find the time in the day to brush 3 or 4 times a day - twice is about my limit. Now I know why the Brits have bad teeth. :D
Mine are okay though - only two fillings. I couldn't believe when I went to the States earlier this year how white some Americans teeth are - especially the women.
I just wondered which time is more beneficial for health reasons.

yeah i was gonna say that about the brits ;D....for me as soon as i wake up and right before i head out....... then usually after dinner, then right before bed.
