Well, he is an American, so that makes him a better trainer imo. Arvilla second and maybe Laura could train me! >:(

Thats what I was thinking too. I wouldn't want to look like a bodybuilder and lose my speed. Coach trains athletes, Milos trains BBers. Not sure what Arvilla trains, maybe broads.
