If Ronnie shows his balance of years past and the gut is in check (well in check for him) then he will regain his title but for some reason I don't think the "powers that be" will let him win regardless unless Jay fucks up :-\ Either way Cormier should be Mr. O followed by Vic and Mel.

take the beef goggles off and view for balance, symmetry, proportion, condition and looki for weaknesses.

cormier has always looked sinewy in his legs, calves not eh greates (i think his double bi pose doesnt help him), his chest is way to high and again his shoulder girdle is sinewy like his legs...its like he lacks that deep crevasses seen on others...he is a poster child for 2d bodybuilding.

Vic is massive and thick but his waist isnt exactly smaall and legs not exactly great and the front double bi looks ok but not great.

Dex's front doouble bi is the best around, massive arms, deep thick legs, wasp waist, awesome pecs and delts and tris. turn around and hes dep in the upper back thick in the lower and thick lower body as well...

he's shafted time after time for having the best body of them all but penalised for not having loads of muscle on a 6 foot frame.

so right now when the kids say shw us mr.o we show them some abomination of muscle resembling a fridge and prior to that a massive wad of freaky muscle with a car tire around the waist...really something to be proud of.

Dex has the physique everybody wants...hes like an even better lee priest with those few extra inches of height...

i still cant get it... HOW COME Silvio could fit under 210 at the Europa show, and he is at 224 still ripped :o ???

But Silvio looks bigger than that day(Europa) for me. Well I dont know if he is heavier than 210 but...
Jay looks better than ever. Looks harder than last year. he will Repeat again.

Well let me break it down for you.......at the time of the Europa weigh-in, Silvio's water-depleteing, in conjunction with his duiretics made him about 7 to 11 pounds lighter. Couple that with about 5 to 7 less pounds of body fat, and voila, 223-224 down to 207-210. Next question.

Yes, he is big as a house, but he lacks separations in his upper body, his biceps in particular are weird to say the least; his lower back is just awful compared to his peers, still they put him ahead of them. His legs are great though. Anyway, if only from the back poses he should NEVER have won the O. Still can't believe he beated Chris at his last AC...He reminds me a lot of Jean-Pierre Fux : monstruous bodyparts with no detail or whatsoever...that's why Jean-Pierre never placed well in his contests.

Let me explain something to you....

JAY WILL WIN....period

I am not a jay fan personally I don't like his physique, however the judges have spoken and they don't seem to like the way Ronnis is put together anymore. If jay shows up in shape he will win.... Ronnie should be 3rd IMO.... TRUE JUDGING of symetry and is would look like this:

Freeman
Martinez
Ronnie
Wolf
Cutler
Dex

In reality it will end up like this.....

Don't be surprised if he wins the symmetry round even with that 40 inch waist and that messed up right biceps and leg.

Remember this is IFBB pro bodybuilding we're talking about. Those judges love a good "H" frame.

Jay will have to handle the rest of the guys - gustavo is a pain for him and so is melvin and dexter has his own problems with silvio and chris cormier.

If Gustavo has not learned his lesson and come in smaller than look for him to switch with chris cormier

Come on Bro... i didnt mean that there was cheating at the weigh inn.,,, what i am saying how in the HELL he managed to do that?!
and looking at the pics, if u know in bodybuilding for sure u can tell that only he need to drop MAX 5 pounds NOT 15-20 pounds :o

;) in the future IF i get back to the IFBB i will be aiming for Europa show under 210 ;D i might crack the top 3 (never know)

Agreed. There are just way too many size queen judges in the IFBB to know a winner when they see it.

All the competitors are fucked this year anyway. The IFBB has decided on having a new tank top round. This will lock up the contest for Dennis James no doubt.

i really think u should go for that sam,. drop the PDI ,no Matter wht u say u kno the IFBB is a better org.
