Title: pm question answered - possibility of milos being in cut condition at 255lbs
Post by: gh15 on August 29, 2007, 04:22:56 PM
hello gh 15

my first ever question to you.

what do you think of the possibility of milos being in cut condition at 255lbs whilst only using insulin.

he says he does not use any other anabolic drug besides insulin and trains very hard every day with insulin, a decent diet and his own kns supplements.

i have already made my point (that i don't believe it is possible) but i'd like to see a more educated opinion as i have personally never used insulin and the people i know that have told me that it'll only make you fat w/o other anabolics.

many here seem to believe milos though so...

i can trust that you will give an unbiased answer as usual. 8)

regards,

beast 8692

1. milos is what we call in bodybuilding top of the cake,,the cherrie,,at one time he was top 10 bodybuilders in the world,,now top of the cake  is not someone that has big arms only,, it is someone that has everything develop and when you see him it screams muscle bound,,he has smaller arms than the guys he trains right? yet when you look at him comparing to the guys he trains he look 3 times better,,thats part of being the top of your sport,,he looks bigger than them and would look very good even with out the use of aas and insulin,,not competetive but still better than 99% of bodybuilders out there

2. he does use aas with the insulin but this is something we all do,,he obviously dont do the aas to the level of blown up size he could have,,he keep it moderate on himself while keeping lines and symetry and seperation in mind,,quality over quantity when it comes to himself,,and thats the old way

3. he is from old school ,,older guys,,they put training first and lift right and then come the insulin and aas into the picture

4. he is from europe,,czech,,yougoslavians,,eastern europe,,those guys are beasts when it comes to power,,trust me on that,,alot hell of a lot stronger than ameircan when it comes to pure strength,,also their work ethics is way way better when it comes to lifting weights,,some of them dont touch hormones and look hormonized,,many are freaks with minimal use of hormones,,again not competetive,,but freaks non the less,,it takes more than being a freak to compete in bodybuilding and do damage,,thats where aas and insulin come into the picture

so to answer your question in particular,,milos to be 255lb cut and dry have to use aas inaddition to insulin and other products but! he also is from diff times,,the 80-90 where he develop a very good base with great symetry proportion and condition,,that will not go no where,,he can get by with less,,then again he is as i said at the beggining ,,top of the cake,,the ,,there are only 40-50 other bodybuilders that csn be compared to him in history of bodybuilding

Milos is a freak of nature when it comes to hard training and obviously has a very high tolerance for pain and suffering.

so in your opinion Milos does use aas and insulin, just less because of his base and years of experience.

I need to move to Florida because, from what I hear, it perfectly legal for ANYONE in Florida to walk into a pharmacy and ask for insulin and they have to give it to you by law.

But not to steal the topic, I think gh is right about his assesment of Milos.  Especially the Yugoslavian genetics and work ethic.

well he is not competing right at the moment,,no need to kill the body,,+ the years of experience,,genetic respond to training and hormones and knowledge of what work for HIMSELF asfter years of trial and error

but you cant take every bodybuilder out there and compare him to milos

check the threads around here, BEAST is claiming that Milos cannot maintain 255lbs with insulin only, as Milos has claimed. BEAST is claiming that in order for Milos to maintain that kind of weight he needs to be using AAS as well. That is where this pm came from, that topic.

it's about milos competing in montreal, I think.

i dont see any reason a bodybuilder cant live till age 80-90-100 now days,,few conditions must apply though!

1. no drinking and abusing alchohol
2. no using abusing or misusing of painkillers and narcotics such as coke,,meth,,crack,,heroin etc
3. never become obese..obese = dieing young,,now in usa it is very easy to become obese id say 70% of usa now are obese...to me 200lb 5'3  20%is obese,,220lb 5'10 guy 20% is obese,,so thats another rule to never get obese,,better be skinny with zero muscle than obese,,you will live longer
4. less stress in life = longer life
5. staying strong and training your body on a regular basis will help you live longer

thats what i believe in

aas alone wont take even 1 single day out of your life,,those are hormones that belong in the human body,,they are there and meant to be there,,you want big muscle you take them ,,you dont want big muscle you dont take them

as simple as that and you can add aspirin for the blood to not thicken much from hormones but its not a must,,only recomended

Obesity is considered about 32% for men and about 28% for women!
