are you getbiggers getting together before the show for a posedown and a few proteinshakes?
im on my euro tour this year, im flying to england to be at the ufc next saturday!
next year im planning to fly to the us to be at the olympia!!! 8) 8) 8)

My parents are flying from little old Wales. This will be their first Olympia.............firs t bodybuilding show for that matter.

Ill be at the Olmpia expo this year, Bluto.
I am contemplating if I am going to the show or not since the tickets are expensive.
I saw a few getbiggers there last year...hopefully Ill meet more this year.

If I remember and please someone correct me if I am wrong...but I think I only paid 5-10 bucks to get in?
It was really cheap to get in and I got hundreds of dollars of free supplements and free t-shirts!~
Plus I pretty much got to drank free whey protein too!! The vendors are pretty cool

c'mon Man, these free samples don't add up to "hundreds of dollars" be real.

Last year, I walked away with 7 bags of free "stuff".....youre telling me that doesnt equate to having over $100 of products to include shirts, supps, shaker cups, etc?

how many calories worth of free protein drinks can you drink under the expo weekend?

If you ask the vendors if yuo could fill your shaker cup, most will let you.
The guys at AST are very cool as hell as well as Muscle Fortress....they let me drink my fill multiple times and their whey protein taste great so be sure if you go that you go to these booths!

I wish i was, but to go to the Olympia from Australia, it all adds up to a fair amount of money. But one day i will go. Or ill just compete in it, whatever happens first i guess. :)
