I'm interested in adding to my inner thighs a bit. I'm doing the adductor machine as well as wide stance squats on a smith. Any other suggestions?
Just to be clear, I do more than that on leg day, but those are to simply target the inner thigh area.

Good start there.
You can also do side lunges or side walking lunges. Wide stance deads and rack deads will hit there as well IMO.

Sumo Squats (wide stance) are great as well as regular squats. Heavy lateral lunges are good as well.

Good thoughts guys. I'm using the smith for the wide squats so I can really take my glutes out of it as much as possible.

I have also felt pretty decent inner thigh work from step ups and walking lunges (normal).

Those are good too but I'm trying to exclude my glutes as much as I can

legpress.
my inner thighs growns so much it's starting to bother me as they rub against eachother when walking

I would personally use the legpress for working the outer thighs - feet close together on the board - squats with legs shoulder width an toes pointed slightly outwards would be my choice for inner thigh work.

That's how I roll
