Title: Rowing and Calories
Post by: Steve387 on September 01, 2007, 04:02:39 PM
Hi

I was wondering if you could give me a really rough estimate for # of calories burned during a vigorous rowing straight session for 75 minutes..
I weigh 192 pound empty stomach, i only want/need to lose about 8-10lb's, about 13% body-fat now, just hav a little stubborn fat in upper area. Im not really interested in cutting per se,   but i have some chest fat to be ridden. lean arms and shoulders, also back is fine, legs etc..

Still eating the samem, i plan to do cardio three times per week, fri-sun. i started 1 days ago, aug 31st.
I never gain fat. i dont lose it either tho. i theorize just eat the same but add more cardio [apart from bodybuilding, not very active myself, other than football with nephew] i should be able to lose 8-10lb with a bit of effort

Thank you  :o
