Does anyone have any good chest excersises that target the lower middle chest?
I do dips, hammer declines, flat, inclines, cables, but I cannot get the lower inner part to square up. Here is a good before and after of what I am looking to get

1. Accept any limitations by your muscle insertions, as they vary by person...look at your dad and compare
2. Hitting decline and flat Hammer machines with a close grip will ADD stress there (I don't subscribe to the whole "no inner work" for chest)
3. Focus on FEELING that part of your chest working in all movements used to concentrate on that area
Good luck

For inner chest generally, try pec-deck. trust me it works. ;)

The second one has more size in the upper, middle, lower, outer, inner, past, present and future.

don't be a douchebag..... work your whole chest and you'll get where you wanna go

Try lifting some heavier weight..It might help develop some actual muscle.

yea.. if your not lifting heavy or eating enough you wont grow anything on your chest.

try cable-crossovers, they are designed to put more stress on the lower/middle chest.
I know the clip is gay but I had to add it in case there was any confusion as to what type of crossover I was referring to.
Also, try even crossing your hands over eachother at the bottom of the movement to really squeeze the inner region of the pectoral.
