This is shaping up to be a great show again this year. This is a women's only event for pro fitness and figure. This year there will be a NPC figure portion added to the show. I spoke with John, the promoter, and he informed me that the stage will be larger this year. This is great news for those doing fitness. This is only two weeks after the Olympia and I've heard a number of the top competitors will be making the trip to this show. West Palm Beach is beautiful. I'll be there covering the show for NPC NEWS and Bodybuilding.com - see ya there!

Pre-Judging - 9:30 am Saturday morning (Children Free for the Pre-Judging , Everyone will need to purchase a ticket for the Evening Finals)
Evening Finals - 6:30 pm Saturday evening

As of today Team FigureRX (http://www.FigureRX.com) will be there!!! Normally we do not make this show because of Club Industry in Chicago (LINK) (http://72.32.233.193/National2007/Public/MainHall.aspx?id=430) but we are splitting up the team this year.
We have initiated our preview coverage for figure (LINK (http://www.figurerx.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=135)) and fitness (LINK (http://www.figurerx.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=136)).

FYI, I booked today via Travelocity and there were still rooms available. I did not use the competitors rate because I did a package including flight and it was actually WAY cheaper! There are some other really great flight/hotel deals including some other hotels that are VERY close too so if you are flying in, Travelocity has the best deals by far!

Our count for this show on the web site is now up to 12 named fitness competitors and 11 figure competitors, with a few more on the fence that will be released soon. Looks like it will be a good one. If you see anyone who is missing please let us know!

Can we make sure that the promoter applies for the proper airspace clearance for Sandra. I would hate to see the venue get shut down due to Sandra's high flying routine! LOL I just am waiting for Sandra to do one of her jumps up into the mezzanine and grab somebody's hamburger and fries! (For those of you not aware, seating at this venue has quaint little candlelight seating in the upstairs mezzanine - only about 11' above the stage - easily reached by ----- AIR WICKHAM!)

If anyone could pull it off - it would be Sandra. She is like a kangaroo on a trampoline. She has an amazing amount of energy and talent. Her jumps are the most impressive that I have seen. I would pay top dollar to see the people's faces on the mezzanine when she gets that much air. Plus a few extra carbs after her routine couldn't hurt!!
After the catastrophic judging that happened in Spain it will be nice to have a honest judging at this show. Sandra is totally tuned in on her physique and her routine. It will be nice to see her get her rightful placings (Top 3 :-)
