Yeah, man. We're definetely bound to cross paths some day (if we havn't done so already). Chances are we'll size eachother up and walk away both being oblivious to the fact that we're both Getbiggers. Unless I spot those oaklieys!

LOL SHIT! I usually don't slip on my english but you caught me this time!
I've been sticking to low volume/high intensity workouts. I've been more high reps in the past few weeks. I'll throw in some low reps when I feel up for it. I just listen to my body.
What about you? Do you still keep a log?

My legs are no problem. Been training them since day 1. Thighs are in proportion. My calves are genetically sub-par but they aren't all that bad. They are functionally sufficient, however, so I don't complain.

if your legs match your upper body, then you must either weigh more or be shorter, cause you look pretty big for 170. good work.

I'd definetely feel less confident taking off my pants to reveal sticks. Thankfully that's no concern of mine.

Thanks for the kind words! It joys me to learn that I can inspire others.
My finger is in good shape now. There's some scarring and a tiny piece that looks missing but as long as I'm able to keep it and it works as it should I can't complain. ;D

Looks like solid beef. I miss being 19.
I first came to the US on a "Transfer Program" while in University for most of my junior year. Imagine being 6', 225 solid, with an Irish / Scot accent....college was good to me ;)

Better, the ladies were generous ;D and the lads didn't give me much shit being that I was known on the rugby field to produce the most serious injuries but I was also captain of the Judo team.
Plus everyone assumed since I was of Celtic blood that I was a fighter...but I'm all about love ::)
