I pitty you... If you want to see "real" germany you stay as far away from the Octoberfest as possible.

That's what I hear but we're going to do it for 2 days just for shits. 

I think we have another day in Germany planned to do some real sightseeing, then it's off to Switzerland for a few days and France for the USA vs. Samoa Rugby World Cup match.
