Title: How long it take me to lose 1% of bodyfat?

Sure but your question is faaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrr too general; what age are you? Genetics? Metabolism? Diet? Exercise?

Depends on whether its the last 1% or the first 1%.  ie. how fat are you now?

General rule of thumb 1 kg = 1% bodyfat.

Losing 1 kg of fat each week is possible, but very few maintain that level of fat loss week after week after week, especially dropping into the single digits (especially for women).

If you are competing, it is how you look, the judges will not be up there with calipers.

Also even with calipers used by someone who knows what they are doing, there is a margin of error, which could be 1% easily.

lets say that you are 200lbs are 10% bodyfat...all you have to do is lose 2 lbs of Bodyfat to get to 9%..That can easily be done in 2 weeks...

I have lost 1% in a week up until I get to about 6%.
