Laura, I have a solution that will please everyone. Do a video of you squatting. Wear a bikini and NO shoes or socks and make sure your piggies have a fresh coat of red polish on them. ;)

I am not using any empirical evidence to make my call here, just call it female camaraderie >:(

Ok, I was incorrect with my numbers. After going back and forth with Michael over the weights I decided to just go to the gym after work. I just got back. My squats (on the smith) were as follows:
1st set: warm up 65lbs for 15 reps (ass to the floor)
2nd set: 95lbs for 12 reps (ass to the floor)
3rd set: 105lbs for 12 reps (ass to the floor)
4th set: 135lbs for 10 reps (ass to the floor)
5th set: 185lbs for 8 reps (parallel)
6th set: 225lbs for 5 reps (parallel)
7th set: 225lbs for 5 reps (parallel)
8th set: 185lbs for 8 reps (parallel)
Then I was fried, lol.
It was the "HACK SQUAT" that I did 3 plates on. Sorry everyone. I was incorrect.

Cheri, you'll end up with stick legs if you keep on cheating out on the range of motion as soon as the weight gets heavier.
Leave the ego at home, and go ass to calves on all your sets.
We've all seen what short range of motion on the squats will do for the leg development. :)
