I'm kinda wondering that myself ... I've never seen this guy before.

From the looks of it, he's not even on the Competitor List ... at least the list that Ron posted ! Hmm ... interesting ... I'm guessing he's just a Spectator ... probaly some National-Level Bodybuilder who happened to catch the Cameraman's Eye  ??? Freaky, nontheless.
