Title: BEST GYM STORY EVER

I was in the gym the other day when i saw a skinny guy loading up over 215 pounds on the easy curl bar. It caught my eye so i continued to watch to see what was he would do next. He proceeded to do behind the back wrist curls. He had positioned himself in a tight space in between a mirror and the preacher curl. He then looses his balance and pins his face against the mirror. The best part was the way he had positioned himself, he could not drop the weight because it would fall on his legs. SO i watched for at least 30 seconds from across the gym untill someone unpinned his face from the mirror.

This is even better than the occasional front double bi being thrown out by the 27% body fat mass monster in my gym...............This is why i love going to the gym.............good shit....

THere is no way anyone has a better story than someone getting their face pinned on a mirror after a brutal set of 235 pound behind the neck wrist curls ;D ;D ;D ;D

Let me guess, uve never visited a squat rack for the same reason. Same reason masturbation won't build forearms is why riding yer bike isnt enough to build bigger legs, big "guy".

Also, notice how the only guys you see doing wrist curls are sub-130lb sticks with ILS.

I'm sure it was mighty funny at the time but you don't really recreate the humour.  Atleast not quite to the BEST STORY EVER.
