That's a shame. I would love to hear about your training regime seeing that it would have to be different without...all the stuff...do you at least work out? Didn't you do some fit after forty thing?

He still puts most guys to shame.   Big guns, shiny earings, bluetooth in each ear, white teeth, ....he aint hurtin, i guess. :-\

Yea, I was Forty, 2 years ago. ::)
I chase my kid around the house and play in the park on the swing set, we play Kicky Ball in the backyard, we have gymnastics on Tuesday & Thursday, Ice Skating on Wends and Swimming on Mon & Friday.
Boy I tell ya, it's a different type of training to keep up with a two yr old :o
