Hey dudes,
Honestly this is one of the things that is hurting my workout routine! I'm officially asking for help because no matter how much I try...I cannot get out of bed before 8:30 am. I made myself a workout plan that consists of getting up at 6:00am about two mornings a week...one to go to the gym do legs and the other to get to a yoga class.
I havn't been able to get my a$$ out of my warm bed ANY morning and I'm really getting PO'd at myself. Do any of you have an suggestions? I'm probably staying up later than I should but my biological clock doesn't make me tired until like 11 or 12. HELP!?

You are probably depressed. Talk to your doctor about getting on some meds. Every morning you should WANT to hop right out of bed and live your life. If you don't feel that way, you need to change something cuz lifes too short to sleep it away.

You are losing me there. What do you mean?

Try going to bed and going up at the same time everyday, even on weekends this will help establish a routine, your body will adjust and you'll have no problem getting up. just my .02

Self discipline gets replaced by "you need medication".

1) Take some melatonin
2) Have a nice couple of rounds of "self love"
Either one of those should help make you sleepy.....

Maybe it's just the Milk and Squats program that is wearing me out dude. This experience turns out to be quite intensive.

this gimmick acts like a new agey girl most of the time, except when it was trying to argue with me in my paralell squats are impossible thread. It's kind of funny seeing this type of character interact with getbiggers because it is a pretty normal personality in the real world but absolutely alien here.
So gimmick I ask you this, what about my ideas was so offensive that you have to ruin your pastiche just to argue with me?
