I was in the AMI offices this past week and happened to run across the new Flex issue (Nov) with the Lee Haney on the cover. I wanted to congratulate BodyWell's own Kristal Richardson for the beautiful  Body Shop 5-page spread. I also want to give mad props to Terry Goodlad for the photos.

Kristal..this is your best work yet!!!

I also want to say congrats on your 3rd call back for American Gladiators!!!!!

 Keep it up girl!!! We are all so proud of you!!!!
