dana white has made mma popular and taken it to where it is today but sometimes i think he has such a monopoly he treats the athletes like he is running a dictatorship. he has the attitude if you don't like my deal you can leave. he def. is underpaying the athletes and holds them to contracts long after they have improved and become popular. if a fighter has a contract for 6 fights and becomes champion he is still paying peanuts..while he signs someone from pride for more.
i think its great what randy did. he should walk away. if more guys could afford to do what he is doing the ufc would have to pay there fighters fairly

Lets see how many other people have the cajones to stand down Zuffa.

hes put the sport on the map. now other organizations can start up and try to give him some competition...and looks like some are trying.
he/they might be treating some of their fighters like crap but as a whole hes done alot for MMA

the point that they are not sharing the wealth is what is wrong. these guys are getting there faces destroyed for 4 grand while zuffa is making millions. i know it is there choice to fight but atleast boxing pays there fighters well

But Dana isn't Don King... yet ;D

No offense but none of the fighters bought a company that was damn near bankrupt and turned it around to make it both profitable and popular like Zuffa did, but in all fairness, the fighters should make more and fair money to fight and hopefully some new organizations will come in and pay better and the UFC will have to compete or go back to where they were.
