I been away from BB'ing for over a year now and i gots to get back on it and get my muscles back.
Any way i'm thinking of maybe a full body routin or mabe half body split can any body rekomend a good1 for me?
I look like shit now an needs to get my muscles back fast as posible!!

i saw it and was about to respond to it later so i can confirm it was there.
deleting someones routine in a thread like this is absolutely unacceptable. >:( and whoever did it need to speak up.

Bench 4*4-6 reps
Squat 5* 6-8
BB row 3* 4-6
Chins 3* 6-8
Calvs 4* 10-20
Tuesday
Dead lift 5*4-6 reps
Shoulder BB press 4* 6-8
Bicep 3* 6-8
Tricep 3*6-8
Crunshes 4*10-20
Thursday
same as Sunday.
So you think this will be a good routine for strength and mass?
Warmup sets is not included
