Title: Freeman just said he felt DEX deserved to be MR O this yr

He also said he felt Jay made a good quality Mr Olympia but in terms of pure pro bodybuilding physique he feels Dex was the man at the O this yr.
I saw Dex in top show vs Jay at the GNC years before and I think he makes a good pt.
Jay is a class act and is more massive however
I am going to the Ironman since Tony will be on stage in top shape.
In my humble opinion, Tony has the ideal shape and structure a top pro needs and certainly has the mass, thickness and size.  Just my 2 cents.   Howard

toney when he brings it, looks great

hardly anyone has anything bad to say about the physique he presents, which is kinda rare these days in pro bodybuilding

Yup, I am a major fan of his, he sure paid his dues over the years.

Dexter is the best ' all round ' bodybuilder he had enough size , awesome conditioning , he looks great from all angles he's a good poser , sure has has flaws but overall he could win the Olympia , over both Jay & Victor.

I saw him beat both Jay and Kevin Lerrone with little controversy in the 2003 GNC .
I am a huge fan of Jay and admit Jay has a lot more impressive lower body parts, but overall Dexter has such perfect shape to his bodyparts and is so hard he looks like ebony marble when flexing.

Agreed ! Dex, in my honest opinion, looks MUCH BETTER than BOTH Jay and Victor. Just my Two Cents.
