Be careful though, he's a certified fitness trainer...so he must know everything. Dont try to match knowledge with him. Im a CFT too. Also a pro BB and a pornstar as of yesterday.

Thre is probly a hundred trainers on here, dont be assholes. I have not promoted myself in the messages, nor do I intend to. I got my shit in my profile, and there it will stay.
So you can be dicks and act the way you are, or you can welcome a new member. Either way is fine with me. I am here to share info and help people if I can, nothing more.

YES, some of the shit they say can SOMETIMES be funny, but most of the time it isn't. Can sometimes get frustrating as the sport that you love, all people on getbig do is say shit about it. Oh well, lets try and keep this place what it is called, Positive Bodybuilding Discussion & Talk. We don't need another gossip and opinion board.
