When on ZMA I had dreams where I could see clouds moving in minute detail. It was really strange. It gives you "vivacious" dreams, probably because the Magnesium in ZMA boosts brain dopamine levels.

I got very disturbing dreams.
They left me upset and tired through out the day.

magnesium is the most deficient micro nowadays, also the zinc would have some adaptogenic properties and the magnesium no matter what the plasma concentration will have a sedative effect, allowing you to get a more restful sleep. i like zma products if you can get them for cheap
