you should know better than to really think someone trains their fingers...other than all our local GB gurus/trolls so they can type more each day

yes some people train their fingers by using rubber bands. then putting more/stronger rubber bands on for added resistance.

If this is a legit question, then pinch grip training is your best choice IMO.

might also wanna use dexterity ball rotations

Stop wearing gloves and your gip strength will skyrocket. Not sure if it really fits into the whole fingers debate JMO.

just use excersises that develop your grip strength.

Great link! Look up information on "campus board" training as well. rock climbers use them quite a bit.
