Any way you can do them without an actual Tbar machine?

 Really stupid question? lol
-
jam one end of a barbell into a corner, put a heavy dumbbell over it, load the other end of the barbell with plates, and you're ready to go.  use a close grip row triangle (a v-bar) & you may put something (plates, wooden blocks) under your feet to get a better range of movement.

-
use a tbar adapter, (50 mm/OlympicBar or 30 mm...), There are also special Grips which can be fixed on the Bar......

if u dont have the v-bar handle you can always do them one arm at a time  ;)

If there is no v-handle, you can also use a towel and wrap it around the bar to create two handles. This makes the exercise a little harder but that's usually better.

The t bar machine is overrated anyways.  The way most are set up it's far to easy to cheat.  They're great if you have a big ego.  If you want a big bag follow the recommendations laid out in this thread.

IME t-bar row with barbell is much more effective (read harder) than a machine....
