Title: one injection or multiple injections

Does it matter whether I do one injection of 500-1000mgs of test once a week or break it into several injections.  One of my associates said that if I inject more than 250cc at one time then I would be pissing out some of the gear and that it is better to spread out the injection over  a week so as to keep the blood levels constant.
