A simple Cold yes a full on Flu yes i have changed my routine lately that would make it impossible to train sick but when training HIT i could get through it with only 6 sets per day.

so basically you keep training no matter how bad the flu is.

Only on HIT i would do only 6 sets per day but started training to 50 to 60 set per workout where it would be impossible when i get sick.

If its not too bad then yes, but if you feel like shit, then no. Taking a couple of days off ain't gonna hurt you.

no way , that will make it even harder to recuperate form the cold or flue itself ,,i stay off the gym till im fully recovered

Do cardio (running or riding bike) each and every day of the year, without fail, and after a long enough period of time and you WILL cease to get sick. But you got to want it or you will not be able to do day in and day out endlessly. Works for me.
And When I say cardio I don't mean walking on the tread mill for 30 minutes. ::)
