Newsflash! Most Getbiggers don't even work out :-[
-
I go between 5 and 6pm because I like to have several meals in me and after a day of work, it's more needed then. Only problem is the gym is beyond annoyingly packed, but I guess I feed off the energy.

Yeah, after this show, it's back to functional training for me. in the last 17 weeks I probably lost about 70-75% of my functionalty when it comes to athletic movements........can't wait till this shit is over so I can start training with my athletes again. This really proves the point that I've been saying on here for years.........."Bodybuilders are NOT athletes".

I disagree ... when I did my first Show a while back, my Cardio, on the Weekends, was playing Flag Football and Basketball. Granted, I still walked the Treadmill during the Weekday as well as climbed on the StairMaster, but I lost no functionality. None whatsoever.

Depends on what your training was like, when you go from fuctional training to compound training it takes away alot, plus since you were doing it on the weekends for fun takes alot of pressure off, if you did it day in and day out and did reletively no functional training, it's a detrament. I went and did general GPP with my athletes 2-3 days per week that included running 10 100's then going through drills, I tried that a few weeks back and almost ruined myself. My point is training with BBing movements is not condusive to athletic type training.

During the summer I play tennis every night almost....mostly matches so I guess I get a little functionality there.

7.30-9.00 Thaiboxing ( I usually sleep instead)
10.00-11.30 MMA (sleep here as well sometimes)
12.30- cruising around, often going to a nice sushiplace.
Depending how i feel -Weight lifting 1-3 bodyparts, or
Relaxing at the Beach or the swimming pool.
16:00-17.00 Thaiboxing (skipping this part often)
18.00-until I cant move and breathe - BJJ
Sunday-wimpyday- 1.5 hours of lifting in the gym or rest.
All depending on injuries and how much I want to push myself or relax.
Cant do any cardio atm, don't want to overtrain.
