Title: Deloading aka taking time off (a few days to a weeK)

How many of you guys do it?  For how long?  How effective do you feel it is?

Thinking of taking 3 or 4 days off for a little rest and recovery.............

Sometimes I do what I call an active rest..........just train faster and lighter with less rest between sets.

If you`ve been training hard and heavy for a while,4-5 days off will probably do you good...........lets the joints and ligaments/tendons rest up and a good mental break.
