hey cal you live in like the bethel or danbury area over there?...my uncle lives over there...myself am originally from Providence RI.
-
The ones that impressed me:
-Olympic Stadium, Montreal. The look and aesthetics can't be beat.
-LA Coliseum - for the history and look. Most of it's underground.
-Skydome - built 20 years ago still one of the most function stadiums because of the retractable roof. Inexusable that bad-weather cities like Seattle don't have this. Like being able to stay at the hotel there and watch a game too.

Watched them play a home playoff game there in the rain recently.
Just pathetic that any recent stadium in bad-weather cities does without one-New England and Pittsburgh for example, in addition to Seattle.

yea but the whole bad weather thing is kind of part of the package when you play those teams, i would agree with as far as baseball stadiums but nor football. football is meant to be played outside in the elements, and the teams have to strategize a whole other dimension to the game plan....i love it...and yes i have been to patriots games in the beginning of december when it is 10 degrees out with a wind chill of like -50 and freezing pouring rain but i my friends am not a fair weather fan by any stretch and i stayed till the very end of that fucking game....loving every second of it.

I agree with this, football is a different animal, the elements are part of the appeal.

cal i think in order to agree with us one would have to live in the type of climate we live in...because i mean my highschool coach would always be like its a lovely day for football when it was the most disgusting weather you could imagine...i think we are used to the weather being from North East and someone in like California wouldnt understand it...
