I have 16-20 weeks till my next one and haven't gone over 15lbs since my last.....which was my first after almost 20 years, it's alot easier the second time around.............just don't have constant meltdowns like I did ;)

I dont speak catalan so much,cus they dont speak that much in Barcelona. but they speak only catalan in villages.
Not good like State. But, i am a free weight lover basicaly and there is no problem if they have squat cage and big dumbells.

Friday and Saturday i ate 400grams of rice(white) each, from yesterday i go down 200grams daily.
I still eat more carbs than average competitors of my weight class i think....
Two times cardios of 60mins everyday.

Mmm not anyone. Still difficult. But its way more easier to maintain muscle mass despite of severe diet. Thats really big point. That is Why juicers looks full. You can achive it with natural also(OK what i try to now...),but very very difficult to do it though...

Bhhhhhh.. I have never imagined that two times cardio of 60 minutes with low carbs is tough like this.Without motivation,you cant do it absolutely.I have just finished one and i am exhausted!! (-_-;)

hehe, Cardio sucks.
Be sure to make a 15-20 minute break in between cardio sets, you'll burn a lot more calories this way (according to some japanese university, i can look it up if you want proof).

I think he is doing 2 daily sessions of 60 min. each?? Which sounds like too much to me, as long as your diet is spot on. Especially for 16 weeks out, gradually work up to that or you will burn out in two weeks! You are not that out of shape judging by the Olympia preview :)
AM- 45 min. empty stomach w/ ECA, BCAA during
PM- 30 min. post weight training

That is my point, not to burn out and because you are natural. I competed many years naturally and beat guys that were on. I would always ramp up my cardio toward the end, doing multiple sessions a day at what I scheduled above. I understand you want to be ready early, but bro, again you are natural and don't lose all that precious muscle by overdoing cardio. Let the power of your diet do its work man, as long as that is dialed in, you should be losing 1-2 lbs. a week and about 1% BF week. Good luck regardless....

Since last saturday,200gram of white rice and 1.5kg of tuna a day(Few vegitable also).
Yesterday i raise up my carb to 400gram and maybe tomorrow also..
60mins of cardio two times a day until yesterday.Today i didnt do any and tomorrow only 20mins.

Cus when i was eating brown rice, my body was really depleted eating even 400grams. And looked really bad.
So I am still studying my body. Yes its higher than brown rice. But for me, look like good speed to get into my blood stream.

Thanx. People tell me that i should take aminos. But I take whey protein instead.1 hour cardio is really hard. :'(
For pre and during and post workout, BCAA,Essential aminos,glutamine and small amount of dextrose.

Since last saturday,200gram of white rice and 1.5kg of tuna a day(Few vegitable also).
Yesterday i raise up my carb to 400gram and maybe tomorrow also..
60mins of cardio two times a day until yesterday.Today i didnt do any and tomorrow only 20mins.
And next week, i will repeat 200gram of rice and 2 times 60mins cardio session.
sounds like bullshit, but in the other side, tuna+potato+onion+olive oil+salt = great!

Yes. This is very difficult choice and I can go faster. But.....Dont forget.. I am a natural BBer. You cant compare with juicers way.
If I do same thing, I am gonna be way smaller and softer.. Try to dial in the contest with natural state is very difficult.
So maybe you are correct or wrong. I really dont know.
Just I calculate that i try to be 83kg in this month and 80kg in next month and try to be in the contest with 79kg in April 26.

OR If you are very deplated, it will happen even if you have 30%.
Thats why i go losing very very slowly. 3kg at a month.

Watching IRONMAN was good motivation to keep on doing low carb for me.
From today i go up 300g of brown rice 2 days.

But today and monday, i go up double. Then I go down 150g again from next tuesday.
Very normal standard.Nothing special.

But today i am bit worse than 2 days ago due to super low carbs and hardcardio(one hot 21 yrs old chic always try to encourage me to do more minutes.I will post her pic later. ;)).
So from today i will eat normal amount of brown rice and see.
84kg still..

a good tripple cheesburger right before a huge upper body workout would blow up your upper body like no other
or before a lower body workout would blow up your lower body
its tuff to blow up the whole body at once usually you only have enough blood in the system to keep upper or only lower body huge at any given time, if you spread your workload to thing youll wont have a standout upper or lower but midway on both depends on the look you are going for

Now is my off-season ,so today I did as following :
Chest
Barbell bench-press 20 sets(15-5 reps,almost no rest) super-set with 15 sets of cable closs-over.
incline barbell press 10 sets
Back
lats pull-down (cable & rope)20 sets
smith-machine bent-over rowing 15 sets

I am not sure if you use the kind of form you displayed in the video on your exercises, but those DB side laterals were pretty sloppy. Seriously, improve your lifting exercise form on all movements and keep at it.
Don't let this happen to you with poor exercise form:
