yes it will be good for thirty days when refrigerated!

I have read 60 days.  I think the package insert fron Organon also says 60 days.  Maybe other brands vary

I am positive HCG will last for 30 days when refrigerated. Organon is the HCG Im talking about.

the insert I have for pregnyl says thirty days after reconstituted, but I just looked it up on line and it says 60 day's kinda weird.

Most brands will maintain potency for 60 days, refrigerated.
