I tried it on the machine at the gym, and it reads 10% for everyone, big or small. I fig'd I'd trust the wisdom of those here. thanks!

id say you are closer to 11% bf.. but 10% is believble if youve got some decent legs and back.

Those machines are not very accurate, their usually of + or - 5%, they just give you an idea of where your at, 12% seems pretty accurate. I once used the machine at my gym and it read 2.8% so...

about 12 to 14 percent.....
Start doing some weighted abs exercises, because your almost lean enough to see your abs, but I dont think they are big enough to show right now. But you are lean enough to have em.

last night my firends came over to the house and all wanted me to test their body fat levels... i thought they were all relatively lean guys...mayb aroun 13-14 % bf...they all have average builds(dont workout), but have god natural metabolism so they have flat stomachs and no love handles at all... well, they averaged about 20% bf. ...muscle plays a HUGE part in bf%, is what i came to find out. because when it comes to how lean my MIDESTION looks in comparison to my friends...well my mid section would inicate that we all have about the same bf%. (fuzzy abs, no love handles, flat stomach...but FAR from ripped)...but yet i am at 10.5 bf% and they are at 20%..
why am i babbling about my friends bf%.. ? because it made me realize that while 240's midsection on myself might indicate 10-11%bf...on 240's frame, its probably much closer to 17-18% bf.

You're around 13-14 percent or so. Lookin good btw.

Need a 3/4, side, and back shot to be sure about those handles. You could be anywhere from 12-18% there.

240...i have got a breakfast for you...oatmeal pancakes candidizzle style... this will definitely help you put on some size
1 banana
1 cup oats
1 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup cinnamon
splenda to taste
66 grams egg whites (either 22 eggs or 11 servings of egg beaters)
2 tablespoons flax seed
blend all ingredients together
make pancakes
eat!
personally, i dont use the banana, i use a bit more wheat bran, i only use one tablespoon of flax, and i use alot more cinnamon. but i think you need more calories than i do.

i LOVE those machines..... the one i tried consistently told me i had 28.6% bf..... while i lost like 20 pounds.....
