so did McJeff a while ago. we gave it a crack but a wholly uncensored board never works out because it just turns into a small group of people saying outrageous shit for no reason and then everyone gets bored.
it's like TV. watching south park on comedy central is better than if it was on HBO because there's that "pushing the envelope" feeling. you're dancing on the line and testing the limits. when it's a complete and utter free-for-all it always collapses on itself, 100% of the time.
reason being, like i said, if there are absolutely no rules, where's the fun? just to sit around and see who can be the most racist or bigoted? yawn.

Mattc has nothing to offer. I think the media coverage on bignation.com + the visibility and presence at various events will make it successful 8)

Like I said, it's more than just a board and with Ed's contact, my endless pockets and our presence at various events looks like it'll be a sucess...
I'm a Getbigger at heart and to the core, my friend. The only reason I come here is to catch up on what's been happening in bodybuilding. The trolling and the interaction with other members is just icing on the cake.
You guys will be fine. You just have to do a whole lot of networking and lobbying to get new posters to come on board cause every community needs a critical mass of members to thrive and grow upon. I'll check in every now and then - not going anywhere anyways.

What I said to Alex and it is the same to anyone, if you want to mod another board, no problem, but it doesnt matter if it is Muscle Mayhem, MD, or any other board, if you are spamming, it isnt cool.
Simple as that.
I have no problem with another board, but spamming or blatant advertising, I do.

It's a cool alternative to Getbig. No messageboard comes close to here and I doubt any ever will. That being said, it is definitely my number 2 board now.
