Title: My Progress - 28% Body Fat To 11% Body Fat In 4 Months - Your Thoughts

Hey all, I would like to get some feedback on my progress. I have been dieting and training for about 3 1/2 months and have cut my body fat from 28% down to 11% (using a 3-point caliper test). My goal is to get it down to under 8%. Any advice and/or feedback on my progress is much appreciated. My pics weekly progress pics, food logs, stats, etc. are located here...

I have read that going from 10% to 8% is a whole different ball game. Anyone been there?

actually, from my own personal experience, the 7% mark seems to be a real ass-kicker!!! taking it under 7% was a real bitch for me >:( although, my alltime best was 4.6%, as it stands now i'm roughly 12-14% i plan on trying to hit sub 7% by may, if you'd like some tips just send me a message. peace

Nice work. What was your caloric intake and macronutrient intake like?

OK...looked...those are pretty low calorie counts....

You dropped approximately 15 kilos in 4 months...how much of that was fat? and much of that was muscle? That happened very fast!

How old are you?

How old are you?

I'm 32 years old.

195lbs @ 28% = 54.6lbs BF, 140.4lbs FFM (Fat Free Mass)
167lbs @ 11% = 18.3lbs BF, 148.6lbs FFM

So actually a reduction of 36lbs BF and an increase of 8lbs FFM
