thats right, i eat liver 3 to 4 times a week, claf liver BBQ on the grill but dont over cook it, try that for a few weeks and your see a difference, lots of amino acids and its very rich, you cant rely on it as a meal all the time but ill haveit specially when i am cutting weight or just with my regualr meals, grilled chicken or steak

Give it up. On your first posts on the Hardcore Board you stated you didn't watch your diet & only ate junk food. Now you care about your diet? Can somebody say gimmick?

The problem with organ meats is that the animal has to be grown in a very clean manner, otherwise the organs(ESPECIALLY the liver) are toxin filled and somewhat poisonous. Organic is the minimum here. But given that, they are great for you! Especially raw!
