Just like some folk who do not train their legs, I have neglected my arms, they are out of balance with my body.
Any suggestions on how to bring them up? train them everyday or what?

twice a week tops.
or you might want to consider giving them their own day
pick at least one major excise for biceps (like curls) and one for triceps (like dips/weighted dips or skull crushers) and put most of the effort into those. then 1-2 additional exercises for biceps and triceps.
im sure there will be more suggestions in this thread following :)

I agree with Bluto, give them their own day for a while. BB curls, DB curls and Hammer curls for biceps and CG bench, skull crushers and dips for tris. 3-4 sets for 8-12 reps. You can try to superset them and get a great pump. Don't underestimate how much heavy chest, back and shoulder work contributes to arm size as well.

Yeh mass 04 is spot on.I dont train bi's at all becos of a problem with all bicep exercises i get.But my arms are better with just doin back exercises :)
