There is no doubt this woman has worked extremely hard...but, in all seriousness, and I would normally not even comment here...but I really have to know...just what could she be thinking going to such extremes?

And why the sticking out of the tongue?

Going to the extremes to be her very best (at almost 50 years of age).  Her tongue is out because she mimics Mike Matarazzo in this shot..
