Title: anti estrogen When to Take

I have read some of these post and I and I would like to know do you take them during the cycle.. even if you show no signs of a problem or do you take them after your cycle .. just to be on the safe side of things. Thanks in advance for your response.

I always took Adex EOD.

i take 10mg nolvadex during my cycle as i add oral steroids ,and i keep it the same till after my PCT

off topic..
you know that in anabolics 2006 lewellyn(sp?) says that the active ingredient in gaspari's novadex is just about as powerful of an anti aromatase as arimidex and letrozole!?

pretty cool... hopefully its stays legal

I like to take 0.5mg of adex every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.
