1 packet carnation instant breakfast
1 cup skim milk
1 small banana
1 TBSP peant butter.
I tried this one this morning. Wasn't too bad. 600 calories and 40+ grams of protein in about 4 sips.

i'm trying to gain weight. drinking more calories. i shovel down the rice and chicken at meals, but it's not enough. i drink the whey between meals. but it's hard to get 3000. impossible to get 3500 or 3700 without eating garbage.

i think you are mistaken with the way your going about it though.
stick to low glycemic carbs. other than pre post workout, id go with only fibrous fruits (apples berries) and things like oats barly and black beans. a steady stream of glucose will be more beneficial for packing on mass than a intense rush.
this would be a good shake for you 240
whole milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter (natural)
1 tablespoon flax
3-4 scoops blended protein (whey, egg, casien)
and some cinnamon or splenda for flavor
if you wanted you could throw in some oats

16 ounces of Almond Milk (vanilla)
2 tablespoons of Flax Powder
1 scoop of whey (vanilla)
1/2 cup of oats
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract - for flavor
A couple of ice cubes
Blend & Drink
